We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual who has the desire and work ethic to make a great commission while extending the joy and magic of our events. This position is full-time (40 hours/week), making outbound business to business calls Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm and requires a strong sales and customer service base.
Reporting to the National Group Sales Director, the Group Sales Representative will serve as an integral member of the Domestic Event Marketing and Sales team. Responsibilities will be focused on the sale of group tickets and a variety of ticket packages for multiple markets throughout the country and working with the marketing teams to maximize outreach.
Essential Job Functions
• Making outbound calls on assigned campaigns.
• Maintaining required call volume.
• Use Microsoft Outlook to correspond with customers.
• Logging and maintaining correct and precise information in CRM system.
• Following daily direction from Team Lead/Coordinator.
• Responsible for generating the maximum revenue and total tickets sold through the sale of group tickets and other ticket packages.
• Meet all pre-determined activity and sales goals by providing weekly sales reports to management.
• Field phone calls from groups and individuals requesting ticket information.
• Full participation in extensive inbound/outbound call sales campaigns.
• Research and execution of local/regional corporate discount opportunities.

• 1-2 years of sales or relevant business sales experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated effective project and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Fast learner and team player with a positive attitude.
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize tasks.
• Self-disciplined with strong work ethic
• Database management experience helpful.
• Highly motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills a must.
