Job Description
THIS IS AN HOURLY & SEASONAL POSITION.
Role Summary:
Assist with the prevention, detection and recovery of company assets. Conduct investigations and pursue recovery on the following cases: internal theft, vendor theft, overdue accounts payable and fraud.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Follow-up on tips and other sources of information to build case files of potential suspects.
• Utilize computer programs and audit systems to monitor and track internal performance and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Utilize surveillance techniques to monitor internal activity for investigative purposes.
• CCTV monitoring.
• Communicate interal theft and procedural compliance concerns to the Loss Prevention Manager and investigations team.
• Assist with bad check recovery and consignment recovery programs.
• Conduct employee interviews.
• Assist with pre-employment screening and background checks.
• Complete all necessary reports and paperwork associated with an investigation.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
• High School diploma or equivalent and college experience preferred.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner with park management, Loss Prevention team members and guests.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Valid Missouri Driver's License.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
