The job:
This Manager, Digital Order Management System Operations will job supports Time Inc.’s digital operations and while it works closely with the sales team is not a sales role. In this role the manager will be responsible for working within our order management system to oversee digital contract approvals related to business and finance/audit requirements, system & product admin and user support. This person will act as a pivotal member of the Client Services Ad Operations team and requires strong decision making, attention to detail and interpersonal skills acting as a liaison between business units (sales, finance, and ad technology). This role works across and interacts with all brands.
You will:
• Be responsible for Digital Contract Review & Approval: Review/analyze contracts against TI Business/ Finance, system and audit requirements
• Promote and ensure an understanding of any new business lines/policy or process and site compliance with contract data requirements
• Lead product set up for our Order Management System (OMS), create & update training materials and documents as needed
• Be responsible for Admin duties in the contract management system: 1) Maintaining digital products and setting policy & procedures by partnering with ad product owners and sales teams. 2) Working closely with system users & vendor on troubleshooting, resolving system integration issues, streamlining process
• Help with monthly/quarterly Internal & Sox Audit reviews
• Liaisons with Account Managers, Central Finance and Sales Force teams to support digital business within the OMS
• Field questions regarding contracts, process, and Business Rules and serve as an OMS expert
You have:
• 1-3 years of digital media operations experience
• Previous experience with ad product, AdFront or DFPP ad server is a plus
• The ability to work independently, be accountable and proactive
• Good Interpersonal skills & be an analytical thinker
• Strong communication/guidance/directional skills
• Be able to prioritize and manage to fluctuating deadlines and workloads
