Yelp Reservations, Nowait and Yelp WiFi are startups within Yelp whose mission is to connect billions of diners and consumers with millions of restaurants and other businesses they love while also enabling businesses to be more efficient in taking waitlist and table reservations and serving their customers with free WiFi.
We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Acquisition Marketing Manager to drive growth and usage of Yelp Reservations, Nowait and Yelp WiFi by local businesses. This role is your opportunity to make an outsized impact by getting in on the ground floor of a growing business unit within Yelp.
What's a Typical Week Like?
• Determine how best to accelerate our Q1 lead generation efforts across channels and geographies based on recent performance and cost trends.
• Participate in a creative planning session to develop new challenger ad concepts to test against current ad champions.
• Analyze user flows to understand where the largest conversion optimization opportunities lie and provide recommendations to our product team on where to focus engineering resources.
• Work with sales team members to ensure that our cost per qualified lead goals are being met while balancing against lead volume needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage marketing channels and campaigns (primarily paid) to drive leads and ultimately completed sales of Yelp Reservations, Nowait and Yelp WiFi products.
• Lead campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking and reporting.
• Iterate and optimize on campaigns based on results.
• Analyze and report on KPI performance on a regular basis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with counterparts across the org from sales, content, creative and product.
• Contribute to landing page optimization and user flow changes to improve conversion.
Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience in performance/acquisition/online marketing with a focus on ROI against LTV, preferably in a B2B setting.
• Proven success managing online marketing programs with CPC, CPA and CPM cost models.
• You are endlessly curious about and love telling stories with data.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic.
• Borderline obsessive attention to detail. To illustrate your attention to detail, please include the word “fantastic” somewhere in your resume.
• Strong MS Excel experience required. Experience with other data and analysis tools/languages a plus (Tableau, Google Analytics, SQL, etc.)
Preferred Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Economics or other quantitative field
