The Creative Services Operations team builds the foundation to support the creation and execution of innovative and compelling content for Bose customers across all channels globally. The capabilities include: Resource and Capacity Planning, Global Systems and Process (that support marketing and communications projects), Creative Project Management, and Lean inspired Improvement and Change Management.

This role is in the details analyzing data and driving reporting while also focused on the big details partnering with the other Creative Services leaders to set the vision and strategy for our capabilities.

The Group Manager role in Creative Services is for someone that excels and is passionate about the art of people management and leading a large, cross functional team. Creating conditions that allow people to do their best work and removing obstacles to set the team up for success is the #1 focus.
Essential job responsibilities
This role is responsible for guiding the Leads to drive globally consistent project workflow and supporting systems, processes and tools. The team achieves this by exploring new methodologies and then leveraging learnings to set standards and drive consistency and continuous improvement.

Education and experience
The ideal candidate enjoys leading, coaching, and developing a multi-discipline, high performing team that collaborates with other cross functional teams in a creative environment. If you are an experienced manager with a minimum of 5 years experience in a creative organization, we'd love to hear from you.
Bachelor’s degree required, experience in a creative organization and working with creative roles with a background in Operations functions, some agile experience is a plus.
