The Role:
Enterprise Partnerships
The Enterprise Partnerships team creates strategic partnerships with brands that are integrated into Live Nation Entertainment from a business perspective - building complementary marketing programs around the business relationship and helping our partners to illustrate the work they do with our organization to help them achieve their sales and marketing objectives. The Director position will be multi-faceted, encompassing both management of relationships with key internal Live Nation divisions as well as client and prospect relationship management and creation. This position will combine account management and business development efforts for both existing and prospective enterprise partners, as well as management of key relationships with internal divisions.

Specific Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of clients totaling more than $100M in revenue across multiple categories
• Continuously strengthen day-to-day client relationships through exceptional client service, detailed knowledge of client’s industry and business, impeccable program delivery and client engagement
• Fully understand the entire Live Nation corporate structure and business strategy to understand how our business units should work together to achieve our long term vision
• Develop and grow relationships with key Live Nation teams to ensure the desired program delivery and results for clients, as well as identify opportunities for incremental client programs
• Directly collaborate with SVP Enterprise Partnerships, Marketing Solutions team, and key internal partners such as IT and Procurement to develop strategic roadmap including growth opportunities and creative program development for key client relationships
• Review and edit relevant deal points and contracts for potential client programs and actively work with Sales and Legal to complete contract process
• Oversee contractual agreements including negotiations/renegotiations, deal structure, contract development and ultimately the delivery of the contract
• Oversee the financial management for client relationships including account performance, reporting up to larger division budgets and growth projections
• Work with clients to identify opportunities for mutually beneficial PR opportunities including sponsorship announcements and awards submissions
• Manage and develop account management staff to ensure their growth as professionals and ability to deliver superior work for our clients
• Maintain and grow a network of marketing and music industry connections that lead to business opportunities for Live Nation and/or its clients
• Function as key advisor, decision-maker and member of senior management team
• Foster an environment which is team-oriented and in which the exchange of ideas among staff is encouraged
• Explore marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to add value to existing and prospective sponsorship programs
• Own a department wide development initiative and lead a team in implementing the initiative
• Additional responsibilities as requested from Manager and/or Senior Management
Background & Experience
• 3-5 years direct experience in brand management, client service, and/or marketing consulting, advertising or activation agencies
• BA required; MBA preferred
• Experience in media/entertainment and/or technology categories preferred
• Record of success building, selling and delivering innovative marketing programs with measurable results
• Experience with marketing programs that blend physical and digital components preferred
• Work with recognizable global brands preferred
• Success working with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of consumer and market research with ability to implement into decision-making and management
• Track record for developing and growing client relationships
Qualifications & Skills
• BA Degree required
• Passion for excellence and executing high-profile marketing programs
• Superior project management and organizational skills including managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentation
• Ability to proactively identify potential problems and utilize sound decision making to implement the best solutions, relying on managers to provided input and solutions only when necessary
• A proactive, collaborative and organized working style
• Proven ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Deep curiosity about emerging marketing trends and ability to integrate into client programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong passion for music, including knowledge of current/relevant artists and industry trends
• Ability to travel 30% of time or more in season; often nights and weekends and occasionally without significant advanced notice
