Your Next Challenge:
The Marketing Operations Program Manager is a key role in our day data driven modern marketing team responsible for the management and delivery of leads to our global sales professionals. The Program Manager partners closely with sales and marketing leadership to define and deliver on demand generation program requirements that generate leads for sales. This role is the primary interface between sales managers and marketing to ensure that lead volume and mix are meeting sales requirements. Technical savvy and the ability to dive deep in understanding how lead programs are built in the Eloqua marketing cloud and delivered to Salesforce sales cloud are critical to success.
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure delivery of high-quality leads to Salesforce in a stack-ranked, clear and detailed manner that allows for easy execution by sales professionals; success measured by leads actioned, win rate and revenue.
• Define end-to-end lead management workflow in partnership with sales operations to provide clear guidance on how sales professionals work their leads in Salesforce, including service-level agreements on time to action.
• Forecast and report on the impact of lead programs on the sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length to senior management; optimize programs based on results and effectiveness data.
• Develop and execute a communication plan to keep sales professionals updated on lead programs including the launch of new programs and resolution of lead delivery issues.
• Monitor support issues coming into the demand generation support queue with an eye on identifying trends and implementing technical and process solutions to prevent common issue types.
• Builds and maintains positive working relationships with sales, marketing, and technology stakeholders critical to the success of demand generation programs.
What You'll Need:
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in marketing, demand generation, or sales operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology or other related discipline.
• Depth of knowledge and working experience with sales and marketing cloud technologies and platforms such as Eloqua and Salesforce.
• Experience working with and communicating effectively to executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with MS Office products and project management tools such as Workfront, SQL a plus.
• Excellent planning, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while keeping management informed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skill.
