Position Overview
Looking for a IJP B2B product/marketing Manager that will direct the team in preparing for the launch of the label production, security credential businesses and other BtoB products in 1H18. This person will be responsible for developing the company IJP B2B marketing programs geared towards establishing company presence, brand recognition, and product/service solution awareness. Responsible for assessment and design of the company “go-to-market” strategy and will work on market intro launch plan. Will closely work with channel partners, system integrators, and end-users delivering world class solutions in the targeted fields. This person will be instrumental in assembling the organization and ensuring its development to provide right solutions, right work environment, and right return for CUSA.
Responsibilities
• Recruitment and development of necessary personnel to build high performance organization
• Take active role in creating the appropriate channel strategy, recruitment of channel partners, and development of supporting channel programs to grow CUSA presence in targeted vertical businesses
• Launch plan development into three new business sectors covering investment needs, outreach marketing plan for both integration community and end-users, designing P&L business plan supporting this enterprise
• Active participant in specified research and development efforts necessary to launch in the US , to co-work globally, and to ensure the correct feedback loops are in place, so future roadmap development is on track
• Work closely as day-to-day contact point with Media development suppliers, and software support companies on technical product development, development of product/pricing/program strategies, definition of promotional activities, and long-term planning alignment
• Work closely to align and leverage CUSA’s various sales entities and staff to promote, sell, evangelize the 3 new product line’s HW, CS, and other affiliated products/services
• Work on the development of necessary service, support, and system integration consulting support designed to minimize UX problems, system & unit problems, overall product implementation needs leading in service reputation profitably
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• 7 years of relevant experience required
