We are looking for a strong HRBP to lead the HRBP team and join our SF based Global HR organization. You’ll help us grow, develop strategic change management initiatives and further develop the HRBP’s function and value proposition within the client teams.

What You’ll Do:
• Engage and influence senior management to support and implement HR initiatives across the organization
• Perform as a senior level Human Resources Business Partner supporting professional human resources for assigned areas of the organization as well as across multiple business units
• Build the business partner relationship with executives, management, and teams; understand the business, goals, and challenges; and identify and help to address systemic issues
• Provide leadership, consultation, and advice to senior executives and supporting management teams in areas of workforce planning, performance management, training and development, and organizational effectiveness
• Lead the development and implementation of systems and processes to drive continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization in support of the business strategies
• Work with partner groups to update and apply policies and procedures consistently across the business
• Reinforce the strong business partner team foundation and continue its growth in the organization
• Lead an effective partnership with HR Team: Talent Acquisition, Comp, Benefits, and Operations
What You’ve Done:
• 10 -15 years of overall HR experience with demonstrated success as a leading HR Business Partner
• Led global HR initiatives, addressing business goals, cross-cultural issues and providing leadership for global partners
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with company culture as well as standards, practices, policies, procedures, or governing law
• Demonstrated success in creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention and leadership programs
• Effectively envisioned, developed, and implemented new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and re-prioritize on the fly
• Influenced and affected change at all levels of the organization
• End to end project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred
• PHR/SPHR/GPHR certification preferred
