We're looking for an Administrative Business Partner for our Chief Accounting Officer, Head of Business Development and our Head of Finance. You’ll work with them to keep the Finance, Accounting and Business Development teams organized and running smoothly. You’ll manage busy schedules and maintain great relationships internally and externally, and need to be an amazing executive level communicator who’s passionate about details.
What you'll do:
• Manage busy calendars, travel schedules and expenses for three executives
• Manage and drive multiple projects and priorities at once, including offsites and events
• Handle confidential information with integrity
• Help us build great relationships both inside and outside of Pinterest
What we're looking for:
• Proficient in G Suite and MS Office Suite
• 3+ years experience, ideally supporting a finance or accounting team
• Administrative experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to move quickly and make confident decisions
• Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• An analytical thinker who is data-driven with startup experience
