We are looking for a forward-thinking, creative individual with a strong track record in strategic planning and consulting to help lead our strategy team. As an experienced expert, you will lead the creation of transformative business plans, organizational strategies, and content strategies. In this role, you will consult leading organizations to foster and grow meaningful client relationships.
Responsibilities include:
• Lead the development and creation of transformative strategiesthat help organizations solve for their biggest challenges and position them for growth. In some cases, you may develop content strategies for content and communications teams, and in other cases you will develop enterprise-level business plans. Samples work products include landscape analyses, strategic plans, quantitative growth benchmarks, and implementation roadmaps.
• Advise senior executives at the world’s leading organizations based on deep knowledge of business planning, digital media and relevant trends in the content industry. You will be a thought partner to Fortune 100s, associations, foundations, non-profits, and media brands, among others.
• Mentor and coach AMS strategists and other staff based on a deep functional expertise, an understanding of client needs, and a commitment to client excellence.
• Shape the future of AMS’ consulting offering by developing and executing a vision for how AMS’ solutions and tools may evolve over time, in collaboration with other AMS teams.
Qualifications:
• 10 years of experience in management consulting and business planning
• Management experience underpinned by a collaborative and generous spirit

• Highly motivated self-starterwith entrepreneurial leanings
• Passion for the future of digital media, client services, and strategic planning
• Willingness to travel
