We’re looking for a talented Web Analyst to join our growing team.
The Web Analyst supports the management and execution of analytics projects designed to allow our clients to measure and optimize the performance of their digital marketing initiatives. The candidate will have the opportunity to work across the entire digital analytics lifecycle - from measurement and KPI planning, to gathering website tracking requirements and managing tags, to delivering reports. The Web Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert, and will help clients understand how data from across a broad range of sources is collected, processed, and used to drive insights.
The successful candidate for this position is detail-oriented, believes that data can help drive smarter business decisions, and is driven by the discovery of creative solutions to complex problems.

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements| All must be met to be considered.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a social science, math or engineering field required. MA, MSc or MBA preferred with a focus on marketing or quantitative analytical fields, or equivalent training and/or experience.
Experience:
• 1+ Years of experience, 2+ years preferred, of experience in web or digital analytics.
• Experience working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to set campaign goals, establish measurement plans, and develop insights.
• Proficiency extracting, manipulating, and analyzing digital data using one of the following Web Analytic tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Webtrends, Coremetrics.
• Understanding of digital media concepts and practices (e.g. website tagging, campaign tracking, conversion funnels, A/B testing, audience segmentation).
• Familiarity with Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Twitter Ads Manager.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Prefer (not required) experience using SQL to manipulate large data tables through the creation of custom queries
• Knowledge of at least one statistical/data management software preferred (e.g. SAS, SPSS, R)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
