Job Title
Production Coordinator
I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives.
Candidate will take on responsibilities delegated to them by the Executive Producer and Producer, including assisting with all aspects of production, from development to post-production. Duties include: obtaining stakeholder input & approval, coordination and setting of deadlines, aggregation and management of assets, maintain logs and tracking reports, production development and assistance, editing video and assisting at shoots.

40% Create and manage video workflow, including tracking projects, managing deliverables, budgets and uploading to video platforms as necessary

20% Assisting at shoots and performing videographer role as necessary

III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Film/TV, Broadcast Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year digital experience, 1 year project management in a fast-paced environment. DSLR, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop experience highly desirable.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Must be proficient in Adobe Premiere/After Effects/Photoshop
• Must have basic knowledge of DSLR cameras and video
• Must have basic knowledge of lighting and camera setup.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, plus Google docs, etc.
• Attention to detail and self-starter a must
