The Customer Service Coordinator answers all incoming Feld Entertainment, Inc. calls and inquiries on a switchboard. The Customer Service Coordinator enhances and develops good customer relationships; understands our purpose; researches customer inquiries; and communicates answers effectively and timely.They will be able to determine the nature of the call to best direct the caller.
Essential Job Functions
• Answer the switchboard for Feld Entertainment, Inc. Ascertain the needs of the caller and direct to the proper person or department in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist the Customer Service team with mailing letters and products when necessary.
• Able to use personal judgment to appropriately responses to customer concerns, problems, and requests efficiently and professionally. When required, research the appropriate responses to customer questions. Ensure all responses are consistent with similar situations and questions.
• Assist Customer Service department with internal and external charity requests and responses.
• Assist maintaining Customer Service call/email database as well as the Charity database.
• Assist Customer Service entering orders into the order entry system and communicate to Supervisor any urgent request(s).
• Assist Customer Service by answering callers who have questions about our show policies, help with presale codes and monitoring Social Media and responding appropriately in a timely manner.
• Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
• High school diploma.
• 2-3 years equivalent experience.
• Experience dealing with the public, specifically relating to request for information and/or products.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and interact with all types of individuals as desired.
• Able to speak in front of a group to lead and/or assist with tours of Feld Entertainment Studios.
• Strong listening, writing, analytical, confrontational, and negotiation skills are necessary.
