GSN Games is looking for a Product Manager, Ad Product & Monetization to join our team! The right candidate is analytical and detail oriented, comfortable working across multiple groups of stakeholders to manage ad product launches. We are looking for someone to be based in either New York, Boston, Los Angeles or San Francisco.

We deliver advertising experiences that are a win-win for both our partners and players. From custom games and sponsored prizes to targeting and engagement analytics, we help brands share their story with millions of players.
What You’ll Do:
• Own the strategy and roadmap for key ad product/business areas as well as direct the prioritization and development of our ad tech products and platform features
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and game studio leadership to define the vision, strategy and business model for various product launches
• Work closely with our sales teams to understand market challenges and important brand strategies
• Identify opportunities for key initiatives to enhance the advertiser experience and improve the player experience while overcoming technical hurdles to drive new, innovative ad products to market
• Exhibit sound ad product judgment, advise on industry best practices, present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business goals
• Provide inputs based on in-depth data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key ad product metrics
About You:
• 5+ years of experience in product management or Ad Tech, preferably in mobile
• Knowledge in developing elegant and simple ad feature functionalities which deliver world-class player experiences
• Strong understanding of ad tech, such as targeting, programmatic, mediation, reward-based video, SSP’s and DSP’s
• Experience shipping mobile SDK’s, video products or other features in mobile
• Skills balancing needs of various business requirements and ability to prepare solid and clear documents for key stakeholders
• Strong passion for games and creating fun, compelling and addictive user experiences
• Experience with agile software development methodologies to manage workflow
• Programming knowledge a plus: Java, Python, R, SQL, etc
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business preferred
