What the job is:
• High volume vendor inquiries regarding ticket sales, order status, and fulfillment.
• Coordinate and finalize large volumes of web transactions to ensure prompt and accurate order processing, and order delivery including UPS and electronic delivery.
• Resolve vendor fulfillment issues, including delivery/barcode issues and partnering with technical team to find a solution.
• Tracking and documentation of vendor and peer interactions to support high quality customer service and experience.
What a qualified candidate should possess:
• 1 - 2 years of business experience, preferably with e-commerce companies, handling and resolving vendor inquiries and support.
• Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Strong multi-tasking and follow-up skills.
• Excellent phone demeanor, written, and oral communication skills
• Internet savvy, proficient with basic Microsoft programs.
