This role will be dedicated to the system maintenance, configuration & account management duties across our suite of business management tools, including SalesForce & Operative1.
SalesForce (SFDC):
• Ad Sales-facing lead in collecting business requirements, managing expectations and partnering with the Engineering team on the implementation of:
◦ Trouble-shooting bugs
◦ New feature requests
◦ New system integrations
◦ Tool configuration, including new custom fields & page layouts
◦ User permissions, including roles & profiles
◦ New SFDC products which flow into Operative
◦ Communicating tool outages
• Implement data governance, including the creation & validation of new parent companies, as well as Industry, AE & Agency assignments
• Create Upfront objects in SFDC to help track & report on Upfront business
• Audit Upfront-associated opportunities to help enforce attribution
Operative1:
• Trouble-shooting bugs
• Ad Sales-facing lead in collecting business requirements for new feature requests
• Manage the configurations of all key Sales module settings
• Partner with Ad-Analytics in managing inventory settings that impact forecast values
• Ad Sales-facing lead in collecting business requirements for targeting groups
• Partner with Integrated Marketing in collecting business requirements for new targeting templates, products & packages as well as the overall catalogue hierarchy
• Create, manage and validate all Upfront & Scatter ratecards, inclusive of targeting premiums & fees
• Manage user permissions/security settings for Sales Planning & Analytics members
• Add new custom fields post-launch
