Job Description
Ubisoft San Francisco is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator. This individual will report to the Manager of Human Resources, and will be responsible for providing the Human Resource department with administrative support.
Responsibilities
• Promote positive relationships through communication and interpretation of HR policies
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interview teams on behalf of the recruiters
• Process newly hired employees including communicating with new hires on start dates and data entry into the HRIS
• Support the entire on-boarding and off-boarding process of our contingent workforce
• Coordinate and support company initiatives to sustain employee engagement and our company culture
• Assist the company in promoting our corporate culture through supporting company meetings and events
• Conduct employment verfiications
• Maintain employee records
• Willingness to take on other HR projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 1-2 years' experience in an administrative support role
• Experience in Human Resources preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to deal effectively and courteously with all levels of employees and management
• The ability to handle and maintain a high-level of confidentiality and common sense regarding sensitive information is a must
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
