Job Summary:
Process requests from account executives and map out appropriate media products based on demographic targets.
Responsibilities:
• Manage, evaluate and project the plant inventory availability to maximize the salability of all media products.
• Processes requests for space from Account Executives and determines whether the space is available.
• Maps out appropriate media products based on specified demographics and/or geographic targets and provide accurate location lists that address the target audience.
• Ensures that all campaign’s contractual requirements are fulfilled.
• Assists Sales and Marketing leadership in identifying trends in the inventory and creating compelling packages for clients and prospects to maximize revenue.
• Manages the design and scheduling assignments in order for the Operations department to correctly install materials per the client’s request.
• Manages the flow of information between the Sales and Operations functions to ensure on-time installation of client campaigns.
• Works in cooperation with Sales, Marketing and Operations to resolve client issues when needed.
Job Qualifications:
• Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Work Experience
• 3+ years’ experience in Media/Advertising or related field.
Skills:
• Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
• Good computation skills.
• Able to multi-task, stay calm and perform under pressure.
• Strong organizational / time management skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills including delivering effective presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.) and other software packages.
