Position Summary:
The Digital Production Coordinator will be a versatile, digital-savvy person who will assist with the creation, organization, development, implementation, QA, tracking, and optimization of the day-to-day production and publishing to the website. This individual will be responsible for assisting with creating, reviewing, editing, and integrating content withing digital publishing platforms for SiriusXM's web presence. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is eager to learn many different aspects of digital publishing, such as content management, product management, quality assurance (QA), user experience (UX) and project management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage channel changes for siriusxm.com. This includes coordinating and updating the Content Management System as well as other proprietary tools.
• Coordinate closely with various departments to schedule and publish content updates.
• Define and optimize workflow to publish assets in the most efficient method for content entry and deliver across multiple platforms, media players and devices.
• Assist digital team with basic content updates and experience optimization; familiarity with SEO practices a plus.
• Schedule releases with IT, perform user acceptance testing and post-launch validation testing (requires night deployments).
• Perform QA testing on mobile and desktop sites; document user flows and digital experiences.
• Assist in production duties such as photo/graphic production, basic HTML, or other web publishing assignments.
• Facilitate web content creation for other business units in the organization by assisting with business needs assessment, content/asset gathering, and publishing.
• Gather assets and content from various internal and external sources as well as editing all text to a standards-based and consistent voice for the web.
• Establish business requirements for new projects and assist in project management to completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of web and/or digital experience.
• Strong technical understanding of web platforms, including Content Management Systems, Databases, HTML, and XML.
Requirements and General Skills:
• Strong grammatical and editing skills required. Excellent ability to write, speak, and use images to clearly and persuasively communicate in technical and non-technical subjects with both technical and non-technical audiences preferred.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
• Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
• Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles.
