WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Positive, high-energy Territory Sales Pro’s with sound business acumen and a minimum of 5+ years’ Technology Sales experience with a strong track record of quota-achievement and SUCCESS.

The Position- Territory Sales Representative- D&M (Design and Manufacturing)
• The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting and hunting to find new business to be closed directly.
• The TSR is assigned a sales quota and performance is measured by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets by up-selling, add-on sale and cross-selling.
• This position reports to a Territory Sales Hub Manager, and will work closely with broader Inside Sales Team, Autodesk Partner Management, Autodesk Channel Partners, and Autodesk Field Sales.
• Travel as required- but generally won’t exceed 20%. On a daily basis you will primarily be in the office.
What else do you need to be successful?
• A relentless customer focus - identifying needs and the ability to identify and present solutions to solve their problems.
• Previous technology sales experience is a must- preferably cloud based software solutions.
• Ability to work cross functionally and coordinate internal and external resources.
• Humble, Hungry and Smart.
• Strong desire to learn the D&M industry space.
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic: Team oriented, self-starter, high energy, and results oriented
• Ability to build strong relationships for business planning with each partner and with the partner management team to extend the impact of channel partners in your territory.
• You should have demonstrated sales experience consistently exceeding quota in a structured, disciplined, collaborative inside sales environment.
• Highly proficient computer skills including internet, SFDC, email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Strongly Preferred
• Familiarity with sales process and certain selling methodologies i.e. TAS
• CRM Tools Experience (i.e., Salesforce)
• 4 year College/University degree or equivalent experience preferred
