Business System Analyst (Zuora) - Quote to Cash
Summary
Yelp is looking for a Zuora Business Systems Analyst to join the San Francisco office. This person will support the Zuora application environment by leading projects and enhancements related to optimizing Yelp's Quote to Cash footprint in Zuora as well as any production support.
The successful candidate will be a member of the Financial Systems team, participate in project work and support to scale the Zuora environment to meet Yelp's business needs. We are recruiting talent that is focused on superior delivery and enjoys driving change.
What You Will Do:
• Support and test integrations between Zuora billing, Salesforce CRM, Oracle ERP and Data Warehouse systems.
• Administer Zuora application access and maintain security controls and system compliance.
• Troubleshoot system and integration issues and work with the team to resolve.
• Build and deliver reports in Zuora and insightful data to our business users.
• Provide analysis and testing of data for delivery of actionable results to leadership.
• Configure Zuora CPQ (Z-quote), product catalog and billing application to meet our ever-changing business requirements and new products as they are launched.
• Create and run data migration and mass-updates using the Zuora API set based on business requests.
• Provide user support.
• Partner closely with Sales and Finance & Accounting on diligently troubleshooting and resolving Zuora related issues.
What We Are Looking For:
• 2+ years experience with Zuora preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill set.
• Must be experienced in application implementation and methodologies and process.
• Aptitude for quickly ramping up on new technology.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The desire to work with a truly dynamic and exciting team.
• Must develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners and external vendors.
• Ability to work with a fast paced and agile team focused on strong execution.
