Senior Analyst, Change Acceleration
The Sr. Analyst is responsible for a variety of programs involving employee and business reengineering efforts that support HR Operations initiatives. Analyst supports the departments Assessment Service Center with facilitation of Project Change Triangle, NPS and ADKAR assessments for enterprise-wide initiatives. The analyst supports departments Impact Mapping tool used for identifying the type, impact and magnitude of change and is responsible for updating the requirements based on client's feedback and/or need. Analyst provides back-up administration for the Enterprise Change SharePoint site. The analyst works with technology partners to build assessment applications and reporting. Analyst analyzes work processes, data relationships, and business needs to translate into reporting, system and/or business process requirements. The analyst is responsible for thematic coding and data analysis to facilitate client understanding. Works with a cross-functional teams that may encompass representation from all divisions and business units to understand current challenges. Analyst also works to define processes that support HR Systems and Technology, Shared Services, and other areas of the business including future state processes that will be enabledthrough technology.
Core Responsibilities
• Develop assessments and tools for enterprise-wide initiatives to ensure support for:PCT Assessments,Risk Assessments andADKAR Assessments
• Impact Mapping tool support and analysis
• SharePoint administration
• Thematic coding
• Scorecard template development
• Manage scorecards to track improvements and areas of opportunities
• Facilitate and develop data analysis and reporting
• Presentation material creation for client presentations
• Portal access management to support change training
• Data collection manual creation to support on-going data collection work
• Work with manager to develop processes to manage and streamline ad-hoc requests from clients
• Develop additional tools to support clients
Qualification
• Bachelor Degree preferred and 8-10 years of relevant experience participating in projects, process documentation, process improvement initiatives, etc.
• Able to demonstrate a high level of skill in Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and SharePoint
• Ability to understand the Prosci Model/Methodology
• Demonstrated ability to elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
• Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
• Demonstrated ability to proactively communicate and collaborate with customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver tangible results
• Demonstrated ability to develop requirements specifications according to standard templates
• Demonstrated ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and work independently with users to define concepts with the guidance of a project leader
• Possess strong analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into system and operational requirements.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Experience in HR, Change Management, Project Management, Implementation preferred
