We are looking for an Account Supervisor to join our Boston Account Service team.
The Account Supervisor will be working on a fast-paced, fully integrated account. The ideal candidate will have extensive broadcast, print and digital production experience. We are looking for someone who is eager to take charge of multiple projects and demonstrate flawless collaboration and choreography among the team and other departments.
As an Account Supervisor, you must demonstrate the ability to take a stand and deliver your POV and to shape creative. You must possess talent for managing multiple, simultaneous projects fluidly and help to manage the team in their completion of tasks. You will also initiate strategic opportunities, develop recommendations and sell ideas into internal departments.

Requirements
• Four-year degree required.
• 6-8 years of experience required, with at least 4 in an agency environment.
• Excellent writing and communication skills required.
You must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this role.
