Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and implementing auditing vendor invoices to ensure compliance with contractual policies and procedures. Manages ongoing relationships with third party vendors. Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Provides executive level communications on financial performance of vendor portfolio.
Position Specific Responsibilities:
• Performs vendor invoice audits to ensure compliance with contractual policies and procedures and drive cost savings
• Primary liaison with sourcing and vendor teams supporting contract negotiations of business/pricing/technology/other terms with multiple suppliers
• Works in conjunction with multiple areas of the business; Internal Auditors/Finance/IT/RM/Legal/Operations/Sourcing/Invoicing
• Partner with vendor management team in defining contract project requirements; Technology upgrades/equipment/compliance
• Support operations team through contract clarification and interpretation support in conjunction with sourcing
• Provides financial analysis of vendor spend allocations and contract value to the business
• Acts as liaison to Sourcing/legal RFP/RFI
• Provide Executive level communications on financial performance of vendor portfolio
Core Responsibilities:
• Provides customer service leadership with regard to all facets of operations analysis, performance management, and time entry.
• Prepares, analyzes, and manages operation through statistical analysis of activity.
• Plans, develops, and administers customer service programs in adherence with national and system customer service objectives.
• Implements company policy, procedures, standards, and goals.
• Conducts regular meetings with Customer Care Supervisors to maintain two-way communication and achievement of departmental objectives.
• Monitors customer service productivity in accordance with established policy to assure adherence as well as completeness in all customer transactions.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
