We are looking for someone to help support us in our Marketing Insights business. This is a key role in helping to manage projects and clients from some of the world’s most iconic brands, as well as a great opportunity to build a career with a leading global marketing and consumer insights consultancy.
You will work closely with people at higher levels on multiple studies across a variety of categories including Automotive, Entertainment and Telecom. Your primary responsibility will be helping us get projects from start to finish. We are looking for candidates with a good understanding of the fundamentals of quantitative market research, as well as experience in market research project and client management.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for candidates that possess a keen desire to understand what makes consumers tick, to grasp the deep-rooted psychology of why someone chooses one brand over another.
Candidate must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and yes, PowerPoint. Candidate must be very detail-oriented, a self-starter, fast learner, creative, enthusiastic and conscientious. And he/she must have excellent organizational and writing/logic skills. Ability to build data driven analysis, crafting data into a story.
KEY OUTCOMES
Project Management
• Able to execute the project process independently, thoughtfully, accurately, thoroughly and on-schedule
• Demonstrate high attention to detail – this is a must
• Juggle multiple projects at one time and maintain full ownership of their responsibilities
• Help set up projects and coordinate/communicate with fieldwork operations and flagging issues and contributing to resolving them.
• Understand the value of getting the job done well and delivering AV’s best
• Accommodate different working styles and needs
• Help manage, mentor and develop Jr. project staff
Analytical
• Design and write basic to complex questionnaires including ad-hoc, copy testing and tracking
• Understand and write simple to complex logic and data design for implementation in survey and data tabulation programs
• Do data checks such as checking questionnaire programs for logic, accuracy and completeness, edit/proof data tables, review/approve codes
• Perform basic to more complex analysis
• Execute subgroup analyses
• Prepare reports and analyses for Sr. review in a data and story driven format
Client Service
Day to day direct client facing lead. Forging client relationships and being the ‘go-to’ person
Handle client and internal requests with a positive attitude
Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
CAPABILITIES
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Master’s degree a plus (but not required)
• 2-4 years quantitative market research experience
• A solid understanding of Quantitative methodologies; and keen to develop their skills further in new methodological approaches and analytic frameworks.
