JOB SUMMARY
The HR Intern provides quality HR compliance and administrative support to The Product HR team. Interns are responsible for maintaining satisfied employee engagement by delivering assistance and administrative support to the Product HR team on various projects. The Intern will learn the various aspects of the HR function while gaining valuable experience and insight into the profession.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the employee experience.
• Assists with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources team as needed
• Assists and supports the Product HR team internal and change management communications
• Supports and assists with team-building activities, helps coordinates all- hands meetings, and helps with ongoing internal communications (e.g. Standup Product team newsletter)
• Learns about recruiting, interviewing process, and New Hire Orientation and provides support as needed to the HR team
• Assist on various special projects such as office space planning and Job Descriptions updates
• Performs other duties as requested.
