Job Description
Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is seeking a dynamic leader with big vision and the capabilities to influence internal and external partners towards a mutual business objective.
The Partner Marketing Manager is an experienced marketing professional with a deep knowledge of and genuine passion for gaming, who is ready to jump in and create innovative worldwide marketing programs with leading business partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Craft influential marketing campaigns with key business partners that provide meaningful benefits to gamers
• Initiate and develop new marketing program opportunities across Ubisoft titles leveraging partner capabilities.
• Ensure flawless execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Innovate new methods to communicate with and engage gaming communities:
• Manage ongoing relationship to identify new growth opportunities for Ubisoft and partners
• Evangelize partner capabilities and programs internally in order to identify new business avenues and integrations with upcoming titles.
• Engage studio and cross-functional teams to build support for partner programs among marketing departments.
• Develop and evolve partnerships to exceed success metrics:
• Assess program success via established KPIs to grow and evolve future partnerships.
• Manage data sharing to ensure critical KPIs are tracked and reported internally
Qualifications
• 5+ years in marketing, brand marketing, business development, strategic partnerships or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• Self-starter with high energy and enthusiasm who can dream big but also roll up sleeves to execute
• Proven success developing previous partner marketing programs for high-growth, complex international organizations
• Ability to influence senior executives
• Must be detail-oriented and work well in a high pace environment
• Genuine passion for gaming
