Duties:Develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes; create workflow solutions for clients in e-commerce space; provide techno-functional assistance to the project team taking responsibility and accountability for overall quality of the solution architecture of Order Management system, workflow strategy including planning, managing and assistance; ensure data contracts between two integrating systems are correctly built for smooth functioning of the eco-system being built for clients; responsible for strategy for highly sensitive migration strategies involving Personally Identifiable Information (PII); responsible for the planning, estimation, strategizing and implementation of OMS business models to ensure quality, timely delivery to our clients; define, articulate the value and report each phase of quality verification to clients and team; leverage knowledge of manual, automation, performance scripting and defect tracking tools to drive metrics; drive the complete Order Management engagement to aid project success and ensure selected and adapted best practices are followed; work in both upstream and downstream systems like PIM, Store front, Order Management and WMS; define the test strategy for large e-commerce program including End to End test strategy , alpha/beta phase strategy, Data Migration, Accessibility, setting up framework for test automation to be leveraged across large programs including running large program triage calls, status calls to ensure right system health is portrayed and issue escalated to clients.
Requirements:
Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include one year of experience with the following: Test automation tool: Mercury Quality Center; Test automation tool: Mercury Quick Test Professional; Test automation tool: Selenium; Software development life cycle (SDLC); Working with Agile/iterative SDLC environments; Preparing and executing test plans; Section 508/accessibility testing; QA test automation for web-based platforms; UNIX; XML; PIM; Data Migration. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
