Job Summary:
Develop and ideate national advertising campaigns across the Premiere Networks marketing platform. Position will work directly with sales, data & analytics, Talent and Brand Integrations, marketing, digital and coordination teams in designing and implementing various cross-channel advertising campaigns. Candidate will be a creative liaison with Premiere Networks Talent and Brand Integrations, on-air personalities and their production teams including producers, digital and social strategists and business managers with a concentration on the Premiere Networks entertainment radio division. Personalities include Ryan Seacrest, Mario Lopez, Elvis Duran, Steve Harvey amongst others. Responsibilities include being a primary creative lead and liaison between sales and programming and talent.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Help increase advertising revenue by designing and implementing effective pitches, presentations and on-air & online campaigns.
• Position will also be integrated into company multi-divisional brainstorming sessions, presentations and executions.
• Will maintain a day-to-day working relationship with sales, programming and advertising clients via development, implementation and execution of campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing team to create collateral material to be used for presentations, providing individual contribution wherever possible.
• Expected to have experience presenting to clients and advertising agencies.
• Requires collaborating with other iHeartMedia divisions to effectively integrate concepts into Premiere’s assets
• Maintain current knowledge of iHeart and Premiere capabilities and promotional calendar
• Strong design, computer knowledge, writing and inter-personal skills are a must, with a deep understanding of various types of digital marketing including social media, display and streaming, blog, Facebook Live and YouTube.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of marketing or promotions experience
• Knowledge of media & radio
• Creative skills and ability to develop unique and nontraditional executable concepts
• Solution oriented, highly motivated and proactive self-starter who works well as both team member and individual contributor
• Outstanding organizational skills, ability to follow through, and capable of meeting deadlines while balancing multiple projects and priorities
• Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
