Reporting and Dashboard Analytics
• Work with Program Managers to develop business processes for new offerings that conform to existing models of digital product delivery
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to support Order Management internal networks.
• Monitor processes to ensure system integrity is maintained and prompt communication of issues are reported to responsible teams and/or stakeholders
• Monitor internal KPI reporting and report on state of digital entitlement process to senior management
• Provide regular status updates on key issues or projects to relevant stakeholders
• Analyze root causes of system issues and work with TG to provide resolution
• Provide regular status updates on key issues or projects to relevant stakeholders
• Analyze business data for inconsistencies
• Prepare process documentation
Digital Process Support and Review
• Analyzing open orders to ensure any and all obstacles are removed to allow for on time delivery to our customers.
• Remediate digital order failures to ensure timely customer entitlements
• Monitor and action backorders across all digital platforms
• Analyze root causes of system issues and work with TG to provide resolution
• Analyze customer accounts and ensure properly mapped throughout multiple systems to enable the delivery of digital material to end customers
• Provide back up to OM digital team on processing digital entitlements.
Requirements:
• Proficient with Microsoft office suite of products
• Advanced Excel skills
• Advanced data analysis skills
• Proficiency working with SQL/Access databases
• Experience in database/dashboard creation
• Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
• 4 year University degree
• Good communication skills
