Sony Music Latin is looking for a bright and dynamic person who lives and breathes digital marketing and is passionate about music. The CRM (Customer Relationship Marketing) & Social Media Manager will implement the digital marketing strategy of Sony Music Latin (SML) and its artist roster, developing awareness and encouraging engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute CRM strategies that measurably impact fan acquisition, fan retention, and fan lifetime value.
• Create interactive and social strategies for artists.
• Assist in creation and utilization on all artist websites.
• Participate in the development of artist websites, including wireframing, user experience design, and feature requisition.
• Contribute to the design and creation of artist digital assets, including photo and video content.
• Quantify success and efficiency of digital promotions, paid media campaigns, e-commerce efforts, social engagement and partnerships via various analytics tools.
• Assess effectiveness of various promotional outlets.
• Manage relationship with top level artists and managers.
• Discover new sites and outlets to promote SML artists and maintain relationships with key sites and partners.
• Research and discover new sites and platforms to promote artists.
• Filter results of online research and achievements to other internal departments.
• Partner with Associate Director of Digital Marketing on any administrative duties supporting the Digital Marketing Team.
Qualifications
• Proven working experience in digital marketing (Including Social Media, CRM, Online Advertising and SEO).
• Demonstrable experience with social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Experience with SalesForce or equivalent marketing cloud tool.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook / Google Adwords campaigns.
• Working knowledge of HTML.
• Candidate needs to be fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
• BS degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
