Job Summary:
Performs campaign support to various supervisors. Support includes reviewing contracts, reviewing campaign invoices, campaign research, and general office support.
Job Responsibilities:
• Campaign invoice review
• Campaign finance support
• Campaign research as needed - can include screenshots of advertisements, social media influencer research, and general campaign research
• Provides general office support to the finance manager, fulfillment team, and others as needed.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
Job Qualifications:
Education
• High school or GED, or associate’s degree, undergraduate degree preferred.
Work Experience
• 2+ years of related experience with increasing levels of responsibility preferred.
• Accounting experience a plus.
Skills
• Strong organizational / time management skills and be detail oriented.
• Knowledge of Social Media platforms
• Able to compose emails and other written documentation clearly and concisely.
• Able to read, analyze and interpret verbal and written requests and directions.
• Able to deal with problems quickly, multi-task, and prioritize work.
• Competent in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Excel knowledge is a must!
• Knowledge of basic office management practices and equipment.
