Manager - Integrated Marketing, SundanceTV
OVERVIEW
The Manager of Integrated Marketing is responsible for the development and fulfillment of multi-platform integrated ad sales partnerships and generating national ad sales revenue for SundanceTV. Candidates must be able to think creatively, be proactive and communicate clearly to develop unique marketing programs that bring value to both the advertiser and SundanceTV. The Manager will create sponsorship proposals which clearly communicate the marketing strategy, as well as sales collateral that drives demand for SundanceTV. A critical role for the Manager of Integrated Marketing will be the merchandising and management of partner activations and campaigns at the Sundance Film Festival and Rooftop Films, where SundanceTV is the official network and has branded experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create multi-platform client proposals in conjunction with Integrated Marketing team that meet both client campaign goals and enhance the SundanceTV brand and programming initiatives, i.e. tent poles, originals, film stunts, events, etc. across all SundanceTV platforms: TV, digital, VOD, social, live events.
• Manage execution and fulfillment of all partnerships: attending client meetings / coordinating conference calls, generating creative briefs, tracking deadlines, trafficking assets, managing client approvals, attending shoots/events, overseeing post-production and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Oversee the post-campaign process: merchandise successful partnerships to position SundanceTV for successful renewals.
• Manage and track the Integrated Marketing budget lines.
• Proactively develop partnership opportunities designed to integrate brands and dovetail network priorities, and create sales materials.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and agencies as well as with all key internal divisions (Ad Sales, Promo Planning, Scheduling, Creative Services, Advanced Platforms, Research, Consumer Marketing and PR).
• Develop, implement and oversee all client activations at the SundanceTV HQ / Sundance Film Festival and Rooftop Films Summer Series.
• Develop and update sales collateral and materials / premiums.
• Maintain internal status and tracking documents and databases, including organization of shared network drive and the Ad Sales internal website, making sure that both are up-to-date with the most current sales materials.
• Inform sales team of network programming, scheduling & marketing updates/activities.
• Stay on top of consumer and media/marketing industry trends to help create unique partnership offerings that differentiate SundanceTV from competitive Networks.

Key Experiences/Achievements
• 3-5 years of relevant Integrated Marketing experience (such as advertising agency, media sales/marketing, event marketing, client side marketing)
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications or a related field, or equivalent combination of skills, training and experience is required.
• Ability to develop creative and unique opportunities to meet advertiser objectives with a clear understanding of the importance of client service.
• Must be detail oriented, attentive to deadlines, have outstanding customer service skills, possess initiative and have proven project management skills
• Knowledge and understanding of consumer trends, media sales and entertainment landscape
