Paid Media Display Strategist
General Summary:
• As part of the Digital & eCommerce team, you will join a team that creates digital experiences that customers love and trust. Autodesk is in the process of bringing Digital media disciplines in-house. This is an exciting time for you to jump in and help shape the future of this team. We are looking for a true digital rockstar that will be instrumental in driving the Paid Media program forward, specifically within Display. In this role you will start by helping transition management of display campaigns from the current agency managed model to an internal one. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage Autodesk’s paid media campaigns.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for planning and buying of Digital media including Display, Social, Video, Mobile, Native
• Helps create and review RFPs from media vendors
• Enter and manage plans in DCM, including the creation of vendor IOs
• Develop spec sheets and maintain trafficking workbooks/creative assignments
• Maintains media buy details, insertion orders and contact lists
• Responsible for the accuracy of plan details and confirmation of delivery
• Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, developing actionable insights for bi-weekly reports and post campaign analysis.
• Investigate potential testing opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and new technologies (new ad formats, targeting capabilities etc…)
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop campaign briefs, aligning Digital strategy to marketing and business objectives
• Maintains budgets, monitors pacing and manages billing in collaboration with finance partner
• Manage day-to-day relationships with internal stakeholders both during the planning phase and to keep them informed of campaign performance
• Manage day-to-day relationships with vendors including rate negotiations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-4 years experience in digital media, preferably working with display, video, mobile, social
• Firm understanding of the programmatic space
• B2B experience preferred, ideally within an agency
• Experience managing global campaigns
• Expertise in managing digital budgets and creating vendor IOs
• Experience working with DCM and collaborating with Ad Operations to implement campaigns
• Diligent with a strong attention to detail and ability to resolve problems quickly
• Team-oriented; professional and cooperative attitude; proactive and excited to contribute ideas and thoughts
• Highly organized; ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
