Marketing Coordinator

Who is my manager?
Director, Sales Enablement
What are my accountabilities?
• Assist in the creation of global sales enablement materials and tools
• Coordinate a range of marketing activities, such as sales campaigns, newsletters and comms plans
• Maintain and manage sales content library
• Serve on editorial team for sales communications
• Support and maintain sales microsite
• Field and fulfill marketing requests from cross-functional teams and business partners
• Compile and report on content, sales campaign and email performance metrics
• Conduct research on customer and compeitive industry trends
• Communicate with third-party personnel to process and track invoices & support budget management
• Support training team on collateral and materials
What do you need from me?
• 1-3 years of marketing experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Drive & Google Sites
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related field
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
• Experience with Newsletter Content tools preferred
