About the Team
The iHeartMedia Revenue & Sales Operations team is responsible for aiding in the growth of iHeartMedia’s overall revenue by adding discipline and structure around all sales processes.
About the Position
The Coordinator, Revenue & Sales Operations will directly support the EVP, Revenue & Sales Operations as well as the SVP, Research & Insights. This person will handle all administrative responsibilities as well as run point on team events, projects etc.
Key Responsibilities
• Heavy calendar management
• Schedule all meetings, appointments & conference calls
• Handle meeting conflicts & prioritization issues
• Ensure executives are on time for all meetings
• Schedule and manage all travel arrangements
• Setup & prepare for internal & external meetings
• Complete & submit expense reports in a timely accurate manner
• Proactively follow-up on meetings, emails and outstanding items
• Work on special projects as needed
Qualifications
• Experience working as an assistant preferred
• Excellent proficiency in MS Outlook + MS Suite
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism in interactions with all levels of staff
• Flexibility to reprioritize
• Highly organized
• Proactive
• Multi-tasker
