AEG Global Partnerships is seeking an Account Executive, Partnership Activation (T-Mobile Arena). This person will be responsible for supporting a team of network asset managers, managing designated corporate network partnerships, and coordinating key division events.
Essential Duties
•Coordinate day-to-day operations, activation and development of arena partner and event partner accounts.
•Create partner packet for each activation that includes event details and send out to all activating partners and arena personnel in a timely fashion
•Act as an extension of assigned partners’ brand, understanding the industry landscape, business objectives, challenges, opportunities, etc.
•Request from security and assign Brand Ambassador working wristbands and credentials for each event
•Responsible for creating and maintaining key event documents including project directives, budget, run of show, work back schedule, contact lists and more
•Coordinate client load-in and load-out for events
•Coordinates on-premise activations, ensuring accurate execution of brand activations to maximize impact of new and existing sponsors, including but not limited to signage creative and placement, internet marketing, etc.
•Work with cross functional teams to achieve departmental goals and flawless partner event activations, which may include advertising, legal, risk management, public relations, event production, venue operations, information technology, Levy, etc.
Required Qualifications
•A minimum education level of: Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree (4-year)
•Years of related work experience: 2 – 4
•The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
•Highly organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and projects at once
•Excellent at relationship building and people skills
•Possess strong problem-solving skills
•Proactive and have the ability to work independently without the need for supervision
•Ability to manage multiple tasks
•Ability to handle minor lifting and load/unload merchandise
•Must be fully capable and proficient in Microsoft Office/Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
•Regular attendance and hours in conformance with the standards, which may be established by AEG from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Due to the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, the employee may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company including working game nights and event weekends.
