The Building and Infrastructure Design (BID) product team is responsible for the product vision, strategy, and development of the family of products and services that address the needs of the worldwide community of Design and Fabrication professionals working in the Construction industry.
The BID team owns hero products such as Revit: the global leader in BIM design, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Advance Steel and Plant 3D, and ReCap, Insight and Structural Bridge Design. Together with a growing portfolio of cloud services and mobile solutions, and a focus on quality, innovation and collaborative project workflows through to construction execution, we help Architects, MEP, Civil, Structural and Bridge Engineers, Imagine and Design a better built environment.
Responsibilities
• Build alignment on strategic initiatives with the PLG senior leadership team
• Lead cross-functional projects and programs across the PLG
• Define policy and programs with the PLG senior leadership team, recommending appropriate actions
• Manage communications across the PLG, both internal and out to the wider Autodesk org
• Drive execution of special projects on behalf of the Snr Director
• Manage Goal setting and execution of PLG goals

How You’d Spend Your Day
• Guiding leadership staff meetings. You’re in charge of scheduling and facilitating PLG leadership meetings, including formulating the topics to cover, building out and advising the agenda ahead of time, guiding the discussion, capturing notes and action items, and following up as appropriate.
• Leading interdepartmental communications, projects, and programs. You will be responsible for leading communications, key program activities, and meetings across the PLG.
• Driving special projects and programs. On behalf of the Snr Director of the PLG, you’ll lead special projects and programs that sometimes span beyond the scope of the group, requiring cross-company collaboration to achieve the desired outcomes.
• Facilitating the annual strategy development cycle. You’ll act as lead in facilitating the PLG’s participation in Autodesk’s annual strategy development cycle, thereafter tracking and driving key strategic initiatives to support the PLG’s stated goals.
