The Role:
The Office Services Coordinator is able to adapt quickly to change and has a can-do attitude. This individual is customer service driven and Understands IgnitionOne’s culture. S/He must be able to recognize what is required to work efficiently by owning the below, and other needs that may arise. The Office Services Coordinator will work on a part-time basis at 10 hours per week.
Essential Functions:
• Communicates effectively, efficiently, and professionally with service requests of employees
• Serves as a team-player within the Office Services team while still taking ownership and responsibility for his/her own tasks
• Proactively maintains appearance in occupied space including work stations, kitchens, conference rooms, etc. (tiding up the kitchen, making coffee, restocking shelves, etc)
• Remains informed of daily events and tasks
• Participation in furniture set-ups or moves
• Participation in event/meeting preparation and breakdown.
• Participation in culture committee meetings
• Receives, stores and set-up all Office Services related deliveries in respective areas
• Ability to complete additional tasks/responsibilities in order to meet the needs of the company
Job Specifications/Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal, Collaboration and Organizational skills
• Good time management skills and ability to multi-Task
• Ability to work well independently
