A little bit about our team:
The Warner Bros. Records Commercial Revenue Department is responsible for all aspects of digital, streaming, physical sales, consumption, marketing and promotion. The department is responsible for achieving the company’s revenue goals as well as helping to break new artists within the commercial channels.
Why this could be your next big break:
In this role you will support the Vice President, Commercial Revenue and the Commercial Revenue department with various administrative duties.
Here you’ll get to:
• Manage department phones and maintain calendar for appointments, calls, meetings, VIP visitors, key projects and follow-up tracking.
• Confirm appointments & meetings
• Schedule conference calls & in person meetings among multiple parties
• Attend calls and meetings, as requested, providing a written recap of the discussion with follow-up steps.
• Calculate and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
• Research, compile and present projects as requested.
• Handle all company vinyl promo requests.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrate a wide degree of creativity and resourcefulness while still practicing professionalism
• Ambition, and an ability to prioritize
• Business-oriented personality with entrepreneurial spirit

• A diligent worker who is detail-oriented and accountable
• A desire to work in a fast-paced environment with varied responsibilities
• Comprehensive PC experience, especially with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Explorer, Word and Excel.
