Partner Marketing Manager

AMC Networks is looking for a Partner Channel Marketing Manager inside its New Digital Business Group. This dynamic group is focused on new streaming content businesses and currently operates the high-growth subscription streaming video services: Shudder, dedicated to horror, suspense and thrilling entertainment, and Sundance Now, focused on creative and high-quality films, documentaries and original series.
Shudder and Sundance Now are the leading SVOD services in their respective categories. They offer the best in curated, exclusive and original programming and are accessible on all major streaming video platforms (web, iOS, Android, Roku, Apple TV, FireTV, Xbox, etc.). These services are scaling and expanding globally at an impressive rate.

Overview of Role:
The Partner Marketing Manager reports to the Head of Growth Marketing, and is responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention for Shudder and Sundance Now through strategic channel partners such as Amazon and YouTubeTV. S/he must be passionate, entrepreneurial and thrive on fostering high-impact partner relationships.
S/he must be a creative marketer but also data-driven, highly analytical, ROI-focused with a strong track record of driving meaningful growth and engagement for a direct-to-consumer online subscription product/service.
This is a position that will demand both a keen marketing sense and strong multi-tasking skills to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who thrives on day-to-day operational management, data and is relentless about hitting and exceeding growth targets.
What You'll Do
• Serve as the day-to-day partner marketing contact for our top channel partners, including Amazon and YouTube TV, among others.
• Proactively strategize, plan and manage the channel partnerships to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention
• Strategize, plan and execute both paid and collaborative marketing campaigns that promote the Shudder and Sundance Now brands and our unique content offering
• Track and manage paid media spend on partner channels, including trafficking IOs and invoices
• Analyze subscriber acquisition and engagement data to make metrics-driven decisions to optimize paid media campaigns on partner channels
• Share data and insights from channel performance across the marketing team to help inform and optimize direct-to-consumer acquisition and retention programs
• Collaborate across all departments including marketing, product, technology, and business development as necessary
Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience, preferably in a partner marketing and/or project management role
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured and dynamic environment
