About the Position
The Coordinator, Activation will report to the SVP, Activation and will be responsible for supporting the department operations and event efforts of the iHeartRadio partnerships. The role will work with both internal contacts as well as clients to make sure all commitments are delivered through both the iHeartMedia & client vision.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist SVP Activation & VP Strategic Partnerships with travel, expenses, calendar management, meeting prep, etc
• Assist 3 other members of the Activation team with travel & expenses.
• Collaborate with cornerstone departments and cross functional teams to support events an media campaigns
• Support VIP Client Services team on-site at pillar national events
• Maintain current knowledge of media industry landscape, market trends and key category activity across entertainment
• Support team to ensure sales efforts are in line with standard operating procedures to secure new business and upsell existing partners within First Right of Refusal window
• Assist SVP and VP of Strategic Partnerships leads with special projects as needed

Qualifications
• Minimum entry level-2 years of relevant experience with an interest and knowledge of event sales, sponsorship and media
• Professional presence, astute business sense and demonstrated ability of interacting with Management across key departments
• Solution oriented, highly motivated and proactive self-starter who works well as both team member and individual contributor
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional oral, written, and verbal presentation skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Critical to be a collaborator within the organization
• Travel required
