We are looking for an Agency Strategy and Operations Specialist to join Team Snapchat! You will work in a fun, fast paced and fluid environment. You will need to bring a creative mindset, detail oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across brands and their media and marketing partners.
What you’ll do:
• Support our agency partner team in structuring, drafting, and negotiating large commercial agreements and upfront agreements with key advertising partners.
• Partner closely with our legal, finance, policy, and ad ops team to structure and negotiate governing terms agreements for advertising campaigns.
• Structure, monitor, and manage procedures for IO order committal and quality assurance.
• Manage multiple, concurrent negotiations across multiple regional offices.
• Maintain quality and best practices while working with both internal sales teams as well as advertising partners, including driving standardization of processes.
Who we’re looking for:
• BA/BS required; MBA and/or JD preferred
• 6+ years experience in digital media space, preferably with a focus on negotiating complex commercial agreements, upfront agreements, and governing terms agreements. Contract drafting experience is highly relevant and applicable to this role.
• Experience evaluating and providing strategic business input on proposed business opportunities and deal structures
• Experience working effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
• Must be highly detail oriented, analytical, strategic business thinker that is solutions focused and has a strong work ethic. Should also have strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects and negotiations across both internal and external teams concurrently while maintaining attention to details and quality
