SF Bay Area Business Operations Manager
Job Summary:

Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Job Responsibilities:
• Implements targeted, customer-centric initiatives that drive revenue growth by leveraging appropriate resources and partnering with key stakeholders.
• Drives for revenue goal attainment, both quarterly and annually through revenue reporting, projections and forecasts.
• Leads the strategic development of marketing programs and digital strategies to drive revenues and achieve business objectives.
• Cultivates marketplace insights that generate new opportunities while helping to grow share with the existing customer base of customers.
• Engages with a National Sales organization and their supporting teams to develop impactful and effective marketing resources.
• Works with SVP, GM, Sales, Real Estate and Operations Managers in a multi-market region to set targets and standards for revenues, productivity, safety, costs, regulatory compliance, rate and occupancy, inventory control and purchasing.
• Implements enterprise wide changes in policies, practices, methods, applications, tools and other standardization initiatives in the local market.
• Drive sales into SF Bay Area Markets (SFO, SJC) through internal and external marketing efforts
• Foster a partnership with the SFO and SJC Department of Aviation that enhances Clear Channel Airports reputation and increases revenue opportunities
• Work with the SFO and SJC Operations Team for on-time installs and takedowns
• Manage and control revenue budget
• Manage inventory of signage, dates of removal, relocation, and repairs
• Works with General Manager on pricing and marketing of inventory to drive growth and maximize sales yield
• Develop with Marketing team, marketing materials for SFO and SJC Airport that will educate clients and sales team and drive sales
• Create working relationships with key airport stakeholders including airline managers, terminal managers, concessionaires, TSA, CPB, and more
• Represent Clear Channel Airports at community events throughout the city and airport
• Reviews all contracts for the SFO and SJC market
• Exercises sound judgement in leading the market
• Facilitate sales opportunities for National, Local, and DBE sales teams

Other Requirements
• Able to travel up to 15% of the time for periodic corporate meetings and industry events.
• Role based at the Clear Channel Airports office in respective market.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
Physical Demands
• Employee must be able to be on their feet and walk a full day, while facilitating tours.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree required with a preference in business.
Work Experience
• 5+ years of leading a sales organization with specific accomplishments in strategic roles (i.e., empowering sales teams, building relationships with all levels of an organization, driving cultural change).
• Project Management and Operations Management experience desired.
