Sr. Financial Analyst, Worldwide Sales Finance

Responsibilities:
• Support WWFO Sales forecast; work closely with broader sales finance team to consolidate and review field forecast submissions, provide timely and accurate updates to senior leadership and Corporate FP&A, and articulate business insights.
• Lead top line forecast modeling and analytics, including develop, architect and enhance end to end process framework and models, and provide regular analysis of sales business trending, monitor and articulate risk and upside.
• Manage End of Quarter sales forecast to consolidate, review, provide bridge analysis and provide accurate landing profile and articulate insights to senior executives.
• Manage quarter end deliverables including reporting and analysis of key financial metrics and KPIs and provide ad hoc support to cross functional teams on forecast/other financial data.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to enable insightful color of business performances and support decision making.
• Proactively plan ahead to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
• Change agent to drive value-add, innovation and continuous improvement in WWFO FP&A process, metrics and platform, and leverage best practice.
• Lead or participate in projects.
• Build strong partnership with a broad range of cross-functional and global teams.
Educational/Business Requirements:
• Bachelor in Accounting, Economics, or Finance; Master degree/MBA a plus
• Minimum 5+ years of experience preferred
• Technically sound, systems savvy with advanced skills in Excel modeling, PowerPoint; Proficient with BI software (e.g. Qlikview, Tableau, Business Objects, Anaplan) a plus
• Track record in managing large datasets and the ability to tackle complex issues using financial models and quantitative analysis
• Attention to detail and accuracy; Capable of managing multiple tasks while adhering to firm deadlines;
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights; Create innovative solution to solve problems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
