Job Description:
As Technical Project Manager, you will serve our clients by leading cross-functional teams that envision, design, and develop products and solutions. You’ll organize internal product development teams, manage outside technical vendors, and work with our clients to ensure our team becomes an extension of their own.
Responsibilities:
• Lead research, design, and development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget, and culminating with delighted customers and a happy project team
• Clarify and communicate technical project objectives and success criteria to internal product teams and external vendors, while at the same time providing motivation, direction, and overall management
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and effectively manage development priorities, ensuring timely delivery
• Lead effective team collaboration meetings for team members at all levels of the organization with tact and diplomacy
• Conduct day-to-day stakeholder interactions and manage expectations for multiple projects of varying scales
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions, ultimately proposing any solutions you deem appropriate
• Track and communicate project statuses, risks, and emergent issues, to senior management and customers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years’ experience as a technical project manager using a formal methodology to deliver software through all phases of the SDLC
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Solid technical foundation in software development
• Advanced risk management and contingency planning experience
• Solid budget management experience
• Strong communication skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and organization skills
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical problems and solutions to executive and non-technical stakeholders
