We’re in search of a stellar, operationally-minded marketer who would like to further evolve their skills within the ad ops discipline while making a measurable impact on our business. As Vimeo’s Ad Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the trafficking and management of paid media campaigns across Vimeo’s various acquisition channels. You will work with a variety of channel owners on the marketing and creative teams to ensure that initiatives and campaigns are efficiently executed across several different lines of business and Vimeo subscription types.
We are looking for someone with a general knowledge of the paid advertising landscape and familiarity with ad servers (such as Doubleclick), social media ads management tools (like Sprinklr), and multiple paid acquisition channels: paid social, paid search, CPM/CPC display, affiliate, etc. This individual should be inherently collaborative, able to manage multiple tasks and projects, and be obsessively organized when it comes to the small stuff.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Work with teams to coordinate aspects of ad campaign fulfillment across several channels in various capacities (display, paid social, paid search) from campaign scheduling, to trafficking, ad testing & implementation, through campaign completion
• Monitor campaigns to ensure full delivery, proper budget pacing and performance to benchmarks, communicating results internally
• Pair with channel owners to review ad performance relative to campaign objectives and provide optimization recommendations
• Assist with the localization process of our creative assets across 6 different languages
• Help to improve the marketing team’s organizational processes around documentation, establish a shared campaign asset repository, and work on campaign restructuring initiatives
• Identify areas of improvement for process and/or technological efficiencies by staying atop of the latest trends, new ad formats/serving methodologies and nuances related to ad ops technologies and platforms
• Assist with the onboarding and billing cycle of partners, including pulling 3rd party reports, reconciling costs per IO agreements, and troubleshooting billing discrepancies
• Assist with the contract approval process with channel owners, Legal, and Finance teams
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
• Minimum 2+ years working experience in a digital marketing capacity
• Familiar with digital campaign bid types, metrics, and analysis including: CPM, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
• Experience with campaign trafficking and ad tech such as rich media, standard display ads, social ads formats and objectives, floodlight tags, conversion pixels, UTM creation, etc.
• Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with Google Analytics a plus
• Knowledge of Doubleclick, Google Tag Manager, Sprinklr, or other social platform ad interfaces
• Ability to multi-task, self-manage, and work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
• Bachelor's degree
