What we’re looking for:
As the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at IAS, you will be responsible for developing and executing our human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. The areas of focus include talent management, change management, talent acquisition, organizational and people development and compensation and benefits. This position reports to the CFO.
What you bring:
• You are a strategic advisor that has helped build global, high-growth companies. Ad tech or media experience is a plus.
• You’re comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels. You anticipate potential gaps and can set the right strategy to achieve the goal.
• You can participate in business discussions with the C-level team around business strategies and tactics and not just functional HR matters.
• You are a results-driven individual and comfortable with holding people accountable to the same standard.
• You are adept at guiding business leaders through the road-map for employee growth.
• You can coach groups of leaders and employees on a variety of topics from leadership training to hiring quality talent.
• You can grow, scale and operate a talent acquisition function that delivers quality hires globally.
• You love dynamic environments, including the accompanying culture, the growth in people, and the evolution of business models.
• You know the right time to update programs for the next round of scale/size, but you never make them sound “big company.”
• You thrive as a player/coach and embrace the fact that you’ll always be “doing” as well as envisioning.
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; Masters preferred.
