Director, Business Development – 23 Stories
The Account Director is the first line of contact between our clients and 23 Stories. You will be responsible for driving revenue and partnerships for the agency (23 Stories). You will be responsible for ideating, selling, negotiating, and delivering fully integrated programs across our suite of services, largely rooted in creative services and experiences.
What you will do:
You will identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key marketing decision-makers throughout your territory. You’ll identify new programs and revenue streams to engage existing clients, while largely focusing on new client acquisition.
Other responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with other sales and marketing representatives across Condé Nast
• Penetrate existing accounts via sell through of creative services, sponsorships, experiential, branded content, consulting and casting services
• Tap into vast network of existing relationships while networking to develop new relationships
• Represent 23 Stories in designated territory and verticals/making noise in the marketplace
• Work closely with all disciplines across agency to develop robust client solutions, but also think on your feet
Essential Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience of consultative integrated (multichannel) sales experience with proven ability to navigate relationships
• Ability to manage and grow and existing base of business while continuing to drive new business
• MUST be a CLOSER!
• Strong drive to exceed targets, relentlessly positive attitude, and incredible work ethic
